Great location - to get to the cathedral it takes about 20/25 minute walk but this is through lots of cafes/restaurants etc along the way. It’s the same kind of distance to ‘triana’ district which is where you can watch authentic flamenco shows. There are also lots of bars and restaurants at your fingertips and on a weekend it was buzzing with locals all out on the streets drinking/eating and enjoying themselves Carrefour - about a 3 min walk from the hotel for water and basic supplies/milk for tea Room - soundproof and bed was super super comfy. Don’t normally sleep well abroad but I slept soo well! Amenities - shower was really strong and powerful and big too. small fridge and kettle/tea on offer. No milk but we just got some from carrefour and put it in our fridge There is also a rooftop but we didn’t use it. I guess this would be the place to unwind and relax within the hotel. If you are looking for ‘lounge areas’ this hotel doesn’t have it - but pretty obvious from the pics that it’s not that kind of hotel. We got an Uber back to the airport and it cost us around €18 from the property. All in all, a great place to explore Seville from

I really liked that the rooms each have their own style, simple yet distinctive! Reception is like no other I've seen, very open, homely, and a welcoming feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they will give advice about tourist attractions etc. One time, I asked for help with the air conditioning controls in my room, which I was unfamiliar with, and it was no trouble for the staff to show me. Even as a solo female on the occasions I booked a table in the restaurant, I always felt comfortable and relaxed. Rooftop cocktail bar wasn't open at the time I was there, so I can't comment on it. Alameda de Hércules, a long open-air mall, is a fab location to stay in Sevilla. Everything is within walking distance from there. I'd like to mention that Sevilla is a safe place for solo travellers day and night. A big shout out to the lovely staff at The Corner House; Eva, Abel, María, Carlos, Rafael, Micaela, Diana, Luna and others there, including the ladies who clean and tidy the rooms. Thanks a million for making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

fabulous little hotel. everything you needed. Lovely location, 10/15 stroll to the 'town 'and a further 5 minutes on from there to the 'sights'. Set in a big square which was quiet during the day but came alive at night, especially on a Friday and Saturday. We stayed in room 10 which was located on the back and didn't hear any nighttime noise, friends where in rooms to the front of the hotel and were at times disturbed by noise of the hustle and bustle but nothing too bad, if you're a light sleeper maybe ask for a room at the back. Staff super helpful, spoke great English, ordered taxis for us on day of departure and stored our bags on day of arrival whilst we went off and explored and then the bags were in our room ready for us which was a nice little touch. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

The location was great , my room was super clean , tastefully decorated , a real home from home. The shower was powerful plenty hot water and bed very comfortable Lovely roof top bar , where according to Wikipedia you can admire Alameda de Hércules, the oldest public garden in Spain and Europe. The receptionist/ restaurant manager Eva was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The restaurant below the hotel served truly delicious food, had wine to match, the waiters were clearly passionate about the food and drink they serve and were keen to ensure I had the best possible dinning experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel / restaurant and will definitely stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Corner house hotel! The room is modern and very clean, my room faced a quiet side street so it's very peaceful all night. There are many restaurants downstairs and a supermarket is just steps away. It feels lively and safe walking back alone even late at night because the tapa restaurant right downstairs of the hotel, El Disparate is open late, you don't feel like you're walking alone into an empty building. They also thoughtfully have a cart at each floor with tea bags/coffee and electric kettles The woman at reception speaks perfect English.
